Whether you’ll be spending the summer months enduring that
never-ending British heatwave in the garden (at the time of writing this we have had rain for a couple of days – ya!), viewing the Mona Lisa in The Louvre, or surfing in Hawaii, you’ll need a fantasy story to keep you company. From Epic/High to Urban/Contemporary, Fantasy Romance to Steampunk, Science-Fantasy to Comedy and Historical to Dark, be transported to a fantasy setting by supporting an indie author this summer, wherever you are.
The contest has already picked it’s favourite cover and today (1 August 2018) the review part of the contest starts with the 10 review blogs beginning to read and post their reviews on the 30 books they have been allocated in the contest, which then culminates in each reviewer picking a single favourite from their group to put through to the final round where a winner will be chosen from the 10 remaining books.
To celebrate the contest kick-off , over 100 entries, past and present, have reduced the price of their book to 99p/99c. This price promotion will run between 1-5 August 2018, so now is a great time to grab yourself a book to read this summer.
Of course I’d love you to purchase my novel Dark of Winter and let me know what you think of it.
Hidden faces the biggest challenge of his life: he must fight the encroaching creatures of the Dark of Winter and the Kings soldiers whilst protecting his village, his friends and his whole way of life.

So happy reading and I hope you find something to read and a new author to love. And please do consider leaving a review for an author and their book, on the online store or Goodreads (both if you have an account) as we do enjoy seeing what you think of our work.
